Mission Statement

The Abbot's Cellar is dedicated to the art of food and beverage pairing, with a focus on craft beer. The Food menu is driven by relationships created with those sharing the same passion for their craft as we do ours, written daily to allow the farmer to select what they feel is ready to serve. The Beer and Wine lists are focused, impeccably kept and cared for in climate controlled environments, and specifically designed to interact with the cuisine offered. Each menu carries on an endless conversation with the other. The service is refined yet comfortable. Set in a beautiful building of brick, high ceilings and exposed wooden beams, the space itself evokes the rustic elegance that defines us.
