The menu is founded on relationships with farmers, ranchers, and purveyors. Each dish is constructed to tell the simplest of stories based on what the farmer believed ready to harvest.
In addition to drafts, we pour glass pours from 750 ml bottles for those styles that are best represented in that format. Our "By the Glass" list indicates if poured from draft, cask or bottle.
We offer around a hundred bottled beers, with most styles represented. We seek to balance the styles, size of bottles offered, as well as breweries, regions, and vintages if possible.
In the last ten years the US has seen an explosion of new grape varieties and wine styles. Our list celebrates this exciting moment with a selection of limited wines from our favorite independent growers and winemakers.
